It is situated in the scenic Dartmoor town of Okehampon in Devon, within the Town Hall building in Fore St. Heavenly was established in May 2003 by Jessica Short, a NVQ Level 3 qualified Beauty Therapist, who had previously worked on a self employed basis for 3 years.
